Educational & Professional Requirements
- A bachelor degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A bachelor degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of market research, user experience, and agile development practices.
Proficient with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) - Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or related roles in a tech or software-driven environment.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
Role Responsibilities:
Market & Competitor Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer preferences.
- Research competitors’ products and services to identify differentiation opportunities.
Product Innovation & Improvement:
- Explore innovative ways to enhance existing products and services.
- Identify and present new product ideas and features based on market needs and business goals.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with development leads to ensure product requirements are well understood and feasible.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and engineering teams to coordinate successful product launches and updates.
Product Lifecycle Management:
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to delivery and beyond.
- Use project management tools and adhere to AGILE or other relevant software development methodologies.
Customer Support & Training:
- Provide product training and technical expertise to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Respond to product-related inquiries and provide insights for customer support and sales enablement.
