As we scale, we’re looking for a Fullstack Engineer (backend focused) who thrives in dynamic environments and brings passion, ownership, and curiosity.
What You’ll Do
As a Fullstack Engineer, you’ll lead backend systems while contributing across the stack to deliver world-class user experiences. You’ll work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to build scalable APIs, integrate real-time features, and explore intelligent automation using modern AI tools.

What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of experience as a Fullstack or Backend Engineer
- Strong experience with NestJS, TypeScript, and Node.js
- Experience building and scaling RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs
- Experience with WebSocket implementation and building real-time features (e.g., chat, live updates)
- Proven ability to integrate and manage audio/video calling features
- Strong understanding of both relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases
- Proficient in Git, testing practices, and performance optimization
- Excellent collaboration, problem-solving, and ownership mindset
Nice to Have
- Exposure to or interest in AI/ML development
- Fine-tuning and deployment of LLMs
- Integration of third-party AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Assembly AI)
- Familiarity with LangChain, vector databases, or embeddings
- React Native experience for cross-platform mobile development
- Prior experience in fast-paced startups or product teams
- Experience building a healthcare application
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend systems using Node.js + NestJS
- Participate in DevOps-related tasks (Docker, CI/CD, cloud deployment)
- Optimize backend services for performance, reliability, and scalability
- Collaborate on frontend implementations using React (and optionally React Native)
- Architect and integrate real-time communication systems via WebSockets, supporting chat and audio/video calling features
- Develop RESTful APIs for internal and external use
- (Bonus) Research, test, or implement AI models and third-party LLM APIs into core features (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face)
