Program Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Market Research and Customer Success Intern. This internship offers handson experience in customer engagement, data analysis, and market intelligence within a fast-paced, professional environment. Interns will contribute to impactful projects that drive business decisions and enhance client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in addressing client inquiries and managing service-related documentation.
- Support the onboarding process for new clients and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
- Help prepare and distribute investment certificates and client communications.
- Contribute to Know Your Customer (KYC) processes by organizing and verifying required documents.
- Gather and organize client feedback to support service improvement initiatives.
- Conduct desk research on market trends, competitor activities, and industry insights.
- Assist in compiling data for internal reports and presentations to senior stakeholders.
- Help create slides, dashboards, and infographics for internal and external meetings.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and propose ideas to enhance client experience and service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in client services, investment operations, or a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of customer service and/or market research principles.
